The international award show is organized by Spanish website MilkyWayChannel.com. The Galaxy Awards allow fans around the world to vote for their favorite adult performers, films and sites.
MilkyWayChannel.com Editor Xuancar said, “With so many new girls in the business, it’s not easy to catch the eye of an international jury panel of experts, but Chanel had a tremendous impact in 2010. She is one of the favorites of fans and critics.”

2011 marks the first year for The Galaxy Awards. The show was created to recognize outstanding products and people of the adult industry. Sponsors and partners include RogReviews.com, YNot.com Europe, Cum Louder, Delta di Venere, Pornogafapasta and Pornoticiero.
Preston remarked, “I’ve done a few interviews with Spanish media outlets, but this is the first real indication I’ve received of having a fan base over there. Thank you to The Galaxy Awards for the nomination. I’m extremely flattered. Gracias. Adoro mi trabajo.”
In addition to The Galaxy Award nom, Preston is currently nominated for Best New Starlet at the 2011 XRCO Awards in April.
The nominations continue Preston's run of new performer honors recognizing her outstanding first year in adult. In addition to the XBIZ award that was announced on Feb. 9, she also received the NightMoves Magazine’s Editor’s Choice award for Best New Starlet, Best New Starlet from XCritic.com and the Starlet of the Year award from CAVR.com, among other accolades.
Preston has also built a profile in the gamer community. She prominently featured in G4 TV’s AEE 2011 special, as well as online at IGN.com and ConsoleCreatures.com.
