Homegrown Video Makes Mainstream Waves

SAN DIEGO — With an article in New York Magazine and one in San Diego Magazine, Homegrown Video is again in the news, raising eyebrows and attracting new fans.

In the New York piece, Homegrown Video's president makes clear that Homegrown Video has embraced the “tube” style marketing with success. The San Diego article discusses how amateur videographers still have an opportunity to make money with their homemade sex tapes by working with Homegrown Video which was started and still has corporate offices in San Diego.

Winner of more adult awards for amateur content than any other, including the 2011 XBIZ Award for Niche Studio of the Year, Homegrown Video is the original amateur adult video company, established in 1982. Recognized by Newsweek Magazine as the “longest running series in the history of porn," Homegrown Video continues to thrive online, on cable television, and with wholesale and retail sales of its DVDs worldwide. The exclusive site for Homegrown Video’s immense library is HomegrownVideo.com.
