Shunga Wins Stimulant/Lubricant of the Year at XBIZ Awards

MONTREAL — Shunga Erotic Art was named Stimulant/Lubricant Company of the Year at the XBIZ Awards show last Wednesday, Feb. 9, in Los Angeles.

According to the company, in the past year, Shunga has been awarded many times and this new honor marks once again the fact that Eau Zone, the parent company of Shunga, invests a lot of efforts in developing outstanding quality products and packaging that reaches people expectations.

“This is great to receive such accolade from our peers,” said Ron Vaillancourt, marketing director of Shunga. “We are always trying to be innovative and to develop quality products that will suit what customers are looking for and to be awarded by our pairs make such award very precious to us.

“We were nominated in three categories at this show and this was already a great honor for us,” Vaillancourt continued. “At the end, being able to go home with this award just encourages us to keep up our good work!”

In the past year, Shunga has received the Best International Brand award two years in a row at the Erotixx Award show in Berlin (October 2009 and 2010) and the Outstanding Lube, Lotion or Potion AVN Award for the Chocolate Body Paint at the AVN award show (August 2010).
