XBIZ Retail Exhibitors Showcase Leading Products

LOS ANGELES — Adult retail heavyweights came out in full force for day one of the inaugural XBIZ Retail show, displaying their bestselling products and showcasing their latest and greatest releases while taking advantage of the unlimited business-networking opportunities inside the even's intimate venue, the luxurious Sofitel Hotel.

"I'm really impressed with the turnout," said Nef Martinez, vice president of Elbow Grease Lubricants.

"I'm really happy with the number of people who are walking through here and I love that it's a B2B venue."

Liberator Gear showcased two of its new products, the Tenga Air and the Tenga Air Light.

"This new technology creates a personalized experience for male masturbation," said Jim Blanchard, executive vice president.

The Screaming O displayed its new twistable OGee vibe, which according to company vice president Keith Caggiano, is designed for full range customization.

Fleshlight touted its stamina training unit, its Vibro, the first vibrating Fleshlight and its re-designed ice products.

"We like it here," wholesale manager Phil Dutra said. "It's a very good nice boutique size event."

Avelli, the U.S. distributor for Baci Lingerie and also carries the Ophoria and Lover's Choice line, was promoting three new anal play toys.

The A-plug, the A-vibe and the XLVring are set to be launched soon as part of the Ophoria collection.

From Marquis Condoms, Softcup, Bon-Vue, Beamonstar, Pjur personal products, Rene Rofe Lingerie, Hustler Toys and others, the event's comfortable and relaxed atmosphere allowed buyers and attendees to mingle, connect, ask questions and strike deals.
