Top Legal Attorneys to Share Insight at XBIZ LA

LOS ANGELES — Some of the industry’s leading attorneys will come together at XBIZ LA to share their legal insight into the issues that face the business.

Moderated by Don Parret, XBIZ's executive director of publishing, “The Law: Exploring and Understanding Today’s Legal Landscape” seminar will delve into a variety of issues that all online adult operators should have knowledge of.

“I am thrilled to be moderating this important legal seminar at XBIZ LA,” Parret said.

"This past year has seen a big fight against piracy, involving all of the major players, and we'll discuss how these copyright suits get rolling. We'll also touch on the future of obscenity prosecutions under Obama's watch and the potential effects of .XXX."

The seminar will be held Feb. 7 at 2 p.m. and will feature a panel of distinguished attorneys including Evan Stone, Jeffrey Douglas, Greg Piccionelli, JD Obenberger and Marc Randazza.
