“I'm so excited to host the red carpet for XBIZ,” Leone said. “It's an honor that they asked me. I finally get to be up close and personal with all the stars and people who make up the adult industry.”
The ninth annual XBIZ Awards show is scheduled for Feb. 9 at the legendary Hollywood Palladium.
Leone is nominated in several XBIZ Awards categories, including Feature Movie of the Year for "Gia: Portrait of a Porn Star," Crossover Star of the Year, Acting Performance of the Year - Female, Screenplay of the Year (Spencer Benedict, "Gia: Portrait of a Porn Star"), and Porn Star Site of the Year for SunnyLeone.com.
Last year Leone hosted the XBIZ Awards alongside Teagan Presley.
The Canadian-born star was named 2003’s Penthouse Pet of the Year. In 2005, Leone became a Vivid Girl and three years later formed her own imprint, SunLust Pictures, which is distributed by Vivid.
Leone’s mainstream appearances include a gig as a red carpet reporter for the MTV Awards on MTV India, a cameo in “The Girl Next Door,” performing in Ja Rule’s video “Livin’ It Up” and has appeared on E! Entertainment. Additionally, she starred in the Showtime reality series “Debbie Does Dallas” and in the FOX Reality series “My Bare Lady 2.”
