Penthouse to Roll Out 3D Channel

BOCA RATON, Fla. — Penthouse on Friday announced the launch of the Penthouse 3D Channel, featuring original adult-oriented programming shot in native high definition and 3D.

The company's commitment to 3D draws on the strengths of Penthouse's unique expertise in content delivery, movie making and technological acumen, said Marc Bell, CEO of FriendFinder Networks.

"We started shooting in 3D this past summer, and have significantly invested to perfect 3D production quality," Bell said. "Consumer excitement for 3D content is high, and Penthouse is the one studio that can rely on its broad expertise to deliver 3D in a manner unmatched by any other branded entertainment company."

Penthouse 3D, when it becomes available in the sprint, will compliment the Penthouse HD Channel lineup covering more than 30 platforms in more than 15 countries.
