The show would be about a group of women working as Playboy bunnies in a New York Club, and would touch upon various national issues going on at the time, according to Variety.
Chad Hodge ("Tru Calling") is aboard to write and executive produce the project. Twentieth Century Fox TV and Imagine TV are also behind the project and Imagine's Brian Grazer and Francie Calfo also are slated to executive produce.
The show comes on the heels of various club openings, the most recent in Cancun, Mexico and Macao.
