XBIZ Retail '11 Expanded Show Sold Out; Top-Floor Suites Added

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — With interest exceeding expectations, XBIZ Retail Expo & Conference officials said that additional floor space recently added to accommodate overflow has sold out.

Conference officials announced that top-floor “exhibit suites” have been added as an intimate sales venue for those companies that missed earlier opportunities to showcase their products.

The XBIZ Retail Expo & Conference , a first-of-its-kind trade event for adult retailers, is set to debut Feb. 9-11 at the Sofitel Hotel in Los Angeles.

The event is set to showcase the latest adult product concepts and provide unparalleled market insight through world-class seminars, roundtable discussions, keynote presentations by the top minds in the world of adult retail.

Sara Sazzman, XBIZ's senior account executive, said that interest has grown rapidly since the show's announcement in August.

"We’re very pleased to have received so much interest, and now we have opened up the top-floor suites as additional space to be able cater to more companies wishing to participate in this highly anticipated event," said Sara Sazzman, XBIZ's senior account executive.

XBIZ Account Executive Robin Stewart said that "the intense demand to exhibit speaks volumes about the caliber of XBIZ events."

Kristen Kaye, who leads business development for XBIZ, also acknowledged that "support and interest has been off the charts" for the inaugural retail show.
