New Frontier Media Signs Lease Deal That Nearly Doubles Its Space

BOULDER, Colo. — New Frontier Media is planning to consolidate its corporate offices that will almost double the size of its office and broadcast space when occupancy begins in June.

The new premises, which measure 50,000 square feet of contiguous space, will serve to combine into one location its digital broadcast center and corporate offices, which currently are housed in two different Boulder locations.

New Frontier Media expects to house its transactional TV, direct-to-consumer and corporate administration segments. It signed a 10-year, seven-month lease deal for the property, expiring in January 2022.

New Frontier Media currently operates a 12,000-foot facility housing its transactional TV segment's digital broadcast center, encoding and technical operations groups, content screening and quality control functions.

It also operates out of an 18,000-square-foot that is used as the company's corporate headquarters, as well as by our direct-to-consumer segment's web production department and by its transactional TV segment's marketing, sales, branding and promotions departments.

Those facilities will be moved to the new offices at 6000 Spine Road in the suburban Gunbarrel area of Bounder in June.

The company also has 4,600 square feet in Santa Monica, Calif., where it operates its film production segment's production and licensing business.
