CamContacts Launches Be a Cam Star Contest

BARCELONA — Live video chat site CamContacts launched its new contest today, Be a Cam Star.

The company is asking chathosts to send in their most creative idea for a viral video to win the chance of appearing in a professionally shot video sequence filmed exclusively for CamContacts and its YouTube channel.

CamContacts is also throwing in an all-expenses paid holiday to Barcelona for the winner and a friend.

The company said the Be a Cam Star winner will also be presented with a portfolio after being shot by a top-ranked photographer to capture the event.

Current chathosts just need to login to CamContacts.com to take part.

“This is a great way to get chathosts involved with CamContacts, bring a sense of community to the forums and offer the chance for them to take part in a fun contest," a CamContacts spokesperson said. "Who knows, they might become the next viral princess or queen of YouTube?”
