Kink.com Taps Performance PR for Brand Management

SAN FRANCISCO — Kink.com has tapped Performance Public Relations, a PR firm for the mainstream, lifestyle and alternative industries, to manage its brand messaging and ongoing public relations activities.

“Deep industry knowledge, mainstream business experience and proven delivery of results made Performance the ideal partner to help take our business to the next level," said John Sander, vice president for Kink.com. "We are very impressed with the firm's enthusiasm, creativity and commitment to our business.”

According to the company, Performance will work with Kink.com to create branding and messaging designed to further expose the company and penetrate markets and demographics that may have previously been unaware of the pleasure(s) and opportunities within the alternative sexual industry.

“Kink.com is an industry leader with a savvy and innovative leadership team that has had a profound impact on the way many adult-industry companies do business today," said Peter Nilsson, founder and president of Performance Public Relations. "We are excited to be aligned with Kink, as we work to further demystify alternative sexualities and bring (un)explored pleasure(s) to individuals worldwide.”

Performance has worked with blue chip companies in various industries, from wireless, high-tech, hospitality, automotive and professional sports to the adult world.
