The company says the movie is available this week on DVD, though several groups offended by the content have threatened to challenge the release of the movie.
“We will not be intimidated by these cowardly and ignorant protestors,” Bluebird Films owner Paul Chaplin said. “Love has no race, no religion, no color. In the words of the late Dr. Martin Luther King, it will overcome all obstacles in its path. Let love rule.”
Starring MacKenzee Pierce, Kiera King, Alexis Breeze, Crystal Clear, and Krissy Lynn with Jack Napier, Sledge Hammer, Nat Turner, Mr. Marcus and Jason Brown, "Black Shack Volume 1" is shot in HD and includes an interactive DVD menu, scene selection and a slide show.
