Three of the four scenes in “Man Country” take place outside amid coastal scenery. The first scene is in a cabin indicative of the great Southern California wilderness that serves as the backdrop for the other three.
While Rutherford knew this area well, it was a new discovery for COLT Man Exclusives Carlo Masi and Chris Wide. As Europeans, both reportedly fell in love with the coastal mountains of Southern California, as did the rest of the cast.
