The awards recognize outstanding achievement in 10 categories that compromise all aspects of the erotic retail industry such as lingerie, dancewear, accessories, novelties, adult film and smoke products.
There is also an award for the industry’s top distributor, as well as Hot Product of the Year, which distinguishes the most innovative new erotic item sold over the past year.
There are also eight chain stores nominated for the national award for Retail Store Chain of the Year. The other national retailer award category, Independent Store of the Year, recognizes the foundation of the erotic retail industry, the single-unit store.
The awards will be presented at the StorErotica “What’s New Marketplace” convention and tradeshow at the Mirage Hotel and Casino August 22-25 in Las Vegas.
