First-Ever XFANZ Expo Becomes Sin City’s Porn Central

LAS VEGAS – Top porn stars, adult fans and media braved the early morning hour to see XXX superstars Ron Jeremy and Taylor Vixen cut the ribbon that unleashed the festivities of the first-ever XFANZ Expo.

Poolside at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's world-famous Rehab became Sin City’s porn central, creating a hub for the media that came from the adult industry and local media.

As usual, everyman favorite Jeremy was mobbed by fans both male and female alike, barely able to get past the throngs who jammed the hallway leading to the event.

Jeremy told XBIZ, “This is an amazing turnout of professional adult people and fans. The adult industry came out in strength for the show. I’m happy to see a place where fans can get to see their favorite stars with ‘very little’ clothing – and outdoors!" Co-ribbon cutter Vixen said that from the start this is a great show. “I’m really happy to have the opportunity to be able to see my fans and sign. I did a promo for XFANZ this morning for the show and it looks like the fans really responded," she said.

The poolside cabanas hosted a mix of adult companies and local vendors including main sponsors MyFreeCams and Bluebird Films along with VCX Ltd., ExtenZe, Evil Angel, PornStarTweet, Sapphires Gentlemans Club and Sin City Kitty, among many more.

One show-stopping attraction was the Bluebird cabana that housed the company’s contract “Glambird” stars. The girls were the center of photo-op attention decked out in skimpy bikinis and angel wings.

Bluebird spokesperson Lisa Massaro said, “We’re not surprised at all of the attention. After all Bluebird offers what other companies don’t. We felt that by being a co-sponsor to the first-ever outdoor adult fan event it fit perfectly with our unique game plan.”

Bluebird’s formidable group of girls weren’t the only head turners by any means.

LA Direct Models had girls at the ready to sign and for fan photos.

LA Direct President Derek Hay said he was happy to be part of a new element in adult. “Access to the stars is what every fan craves and XFANZ is doing just that in a beautiful venue. This seems to be a winning proposition.”

The fans themselves agreed and came from far and wide.

Tom Castillow made the long drive from San Jose, Ca., just to meet some of his favorite porn stars.

Castillow told XBIZ, “ I wanted to meet Sarah Peaches and Misty Anderson – they’re not household names but this show gave me the opportunity to see them in person.”

The fan added that he will be at he show for both days and would definitely come back next year.

Another fan, Stacy Day made it to the Hard Rock from the San Francisco area. “This show is really fun. I was always curious about adult so I thought I’d check it out. I’m taking photos and meeting the stars. You just can’t go wrong with a pool party and hot girls,“ Day said.

The stars themselves had similar feelings about meeting their fans.

Kelly Divine who was representing Evil Angel noted that the show has “…plenty of white girl booty shakin’ action.”

“I met lots of fans and some are even taking pictures and handing them to me right at the booth to sign. I love it," Divine said.

Fellow star and 2010 XBIZ Starlet of the Year nominee Isis Taylor told XBIZ that the outdoor venue is a better place for a fan show than most expos. “Vegas is the right place for this. I’m looking forward to the bikini pageant later on.”

VCX Ltd’s David Sutton echoed Taylor’s praise for the outdoor show.

“ I thought it was brilliant to have fans, vendors and girls gather all in one place – especially in such a cool location. Most other shows just concentrate on one aspect. XFANZ bridges business with consumer interest,” Sutton said.

Long time adult executive, Robert Klass, now General Counsel for the Deja Vu clubs, summed it up by saying, “The show is off the hook. XFANZ puts the ‘X’ in XBIZ.”
