Private Media Launches Swingers Party Website

BARCELONA, Spain — Private Media Group unveiled its PrivateLifestyle minisite today that invites couples to attend an open swingers party in Spain where amateur couples can be filmed having sex.

The site is part of a marketing push for the company’s Private Independent label film, “An Open Invitation; A Real Swingers Party in San Francisco.”

The movie was directed by Kink.com’s Ilana Rothman with Andrew Sullivan in collaboration with Private.

According to the company, Rothman created a highly erotic and innovative film that appeals not just to porn fans, but women, couples and mainstream audiences.

Rothman said, "This collaboration between Private and Kink has been an extremely rewarding culmination of ideas, energy and passion. The movie transcends the line between fantasy and reality by not only challenging its characters to open themselves up to new experiences, but by inviting the audience to do the same."

Private said the movie’s budget cost over $100,000 and starred 15 porn stars, 127 amateur swingers and top quality acting performances from James Deen, India Summer, Lorelei Lee and Mickey Mod .

“Ilana Rothman directs a full length feature with a serious script and a strong cast that keep viewers riveted throughout the film. She brings to screen a superbly shot movie with a seductively evolving storyline and a deeply sensual undercurrent,” said Giles Hirst, Private Media Group’s marketing director.

In addition to the mini site, Private is carrying out a vertical marketing campaign promoting the movie and the minisite through the global network of swinging communities via their “lifestyle” websites. Private said it has been pushing the title to mainstream media including adult, women’s mainstream press, national newspapers and broadcast.

Hirst added, “The movie is a realistic portrayal of a young married couple’s journey into the swinging lifestyle culminating in a real swingers party. The quality and realism in this movie sets a new standard in production in adult cinema.”

The film is the second film in the Private Independent line following “A Real Swingers’ Orgy” and is set for release on May 1 in Europe and on DVD in North America June 17.
