Wendy Williams Wins XBIZ TS Performer of the Year

LOS ANGELES — Transsexual adult star Wendy Williams was named Performer of the Year at the 2010 XBIZ Awards.

"I am truly humbled and ecstatic to win XBIZ and look forward to working with them this year in any capacity as they need me,” Williams said. “There are so many new models in my genre and hope to help them get the maximum publicity for their work this year in any way that I can."

Williams started in the industry in 2003 and since then has went on to become one of three independent transsexuals with their own production company. Williams’ company is Hot Wendy Productions.

Williams also is the first transsexual to have an official store signing, multiple Playboy Radio interviews, 2010 Best Tg Solo Web site via Tranny Awards and now being the first transsexual to win both AVN and XBIZ performance award.
