Scala has also gained the right to distribute other lines distributed by ASM including Sparta Video, which offers gay movies and Abigal Productions, offering lesbian titles.
"Adult Source Media" and Scala have been friends for many years and I could not think of anyone we would rather do this with,” Adult Source Media President Wendy Crawford said. “This is a natural progression, I think for both of us. They are 'the' powerhouse in Europe. We know they will do the best job possible in continuing to brand our company into Europe."
Adult Source Media will release four titles this month until Scala catches up with its entire catalog, the company said.
“We've been blessed with great results from our titles,” Crawford said. “With the huge success of our newest gay CGI title 'Tales from the Gods' in the States it's not surprising that we are also starting to see impressive numbers coming from Europe as well.”
