Published in Minneapolis’ City Pages, the article, titled “Vivid-Alt's Vin Vericose transforms from Minnesota boy to porn star,” also is featured on the paper’s website along with photo galleries of Vericose on-set, in his civilian life and with his girlfriend, the female performer Andy San Dimas.
Discovering his sexuality at a young age, Vericose quickly acknowledged his obsession with sex. He watched porn regularly and was a fan, so it wasn’t much of a stretch when he sought out the porn industry to indulge his wild sexual appetite.
After a false start with a hastily released amateur video, Vericose did a scene with one of the starlets from RazorDolls. He was asked back and performed in a group scene with Stoya, Page Morgan, Dane Cross, Violet Skye and others.
Enter San Dimas. The article describes Vericose as scouring the social-networking site Xpeeps.com for new talent when he came across current girlfriend San Dimas who was on her way to becoming one of the industry’s hottest new starlets.
The two were paired in “On My Dirty Knees” directed by Vivid-Alt head Eon McKai.
"He's really sweet and kind of naive in this way that you can respect," McKai said of Vericose. "He's really attractive, but nerdy. He's real and has a look and vibe that women respond to."
Posited against his girlfriend’s burgeoning stardom, it’s been tough sledding for Vericose. Since moving to Los Angeles in August, he’s performed in only two scenes, he told City Pages.
