Vivid Set to Release Shauna Sand Sex Tape

LOS ANGELES — Former Playboy Playmate and ex-wife to Lorenzo Lamas, Shauna Sand, is the latest celebrity to have a homemade sex tape released by Vivid Entertainment.

“Shauna Sand Exposed” will be available in stores and online Oct. 19. Vivid has set up a promotional microsite at ShaunaSandExposed.com.

“Shauna is every guy's fantasy of what a California blonde should be, with her 33DD/22/33 figure, stunning blue eyes, pouty lips and long blonde hair," Vivid founder Steven Hirsch said. "We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it. The scenes are of an incredible high-def quality, which makes it the hottest celebrity sex footage I've ever seen. Shauna was obviously having fun and loving what she was doing on camera and she is bursting with sex appeal.”

As usual, there expects to be some legal wrangling over the release of the tape with Sand launching the first salvo in a statement to TMZ.com.

"Yes I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year,” she told the celebrity gossip site. “In fact I've made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn't sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now."

Meanwhile, Hirsch is confident in his legal footing and will move forward with the movie’s release.

"We're comfortable with our legal position in releasing this footage…” Hirsch said.

Sand was signed with the Elite/Petite modeling agency at 15 and went on to become Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for May 1996. She married actor Lorenzo Lamas, star of TV’s “Renegade,” and has three daughters with him. She’s made various guest appearances on TV and in the movies.
