COLT Launches Steamy iPod, Mobile Videos

SAN FRANCISCO — COLT Studio Group’s “all hardcore, all hot” man-on-man action will now be available all the time on Video iPod and WAP-enabled mobile phones.

Starting Dec. 1, COLT will offer full-length trailers of COLT, Buckshot and Minute Man Solo movies in iPod format. Currently 11 trailers are offered and available for previewing on the COLT homepage, featuring several favorites including Chris Wide, Tod Parker, Todd Maxwell and other popular COLT men.

Aaron Golub, COLT director of information technology, said the response to the videos has been so overwhelming that the videos were moved to a server with increased capacity on Nov.16. The iPod videos have a 320x240 resolution, standard for iPod formatting.

“It just seems like a perfect fit,” Golub said of COLT’s venture into iPod videos. “You take it where you need to take it.”

Golub added that while iPod porn has become an increasingly popular demand, many companies have yet to take advantage of the market’s global appeal and ability to make porn instantly available to users anytime, anywhere.

The company will be launching COLT Mobile on Dec. 1 as well. The site will allow mobile users to access new content, including wallpaper of favorite COLT Men, animations, ringtones and “mantones.”

Golub said COLT Mobile content should work for most mobile phones, as images and videos are dispersed through various mobile alliances that he said would facilitate global use of mobile data services and ensure service interoperability.

To view iPod videos on COLT’s site, users must have the newest version of either Mac or PC iPod software, as well as the newest iTunes software, both available for free off the iPod and iTunes websites.
