Entrenue Inks Exclusive Distro Deal With Nomi Tang

PHOENIX — Entrenue has been named exclusive U.S. distributor of Nomi Tang’s Better Than Chocolate vibrator, reportedly the first sex toy that uses iPod-inspired technology.

Lisa Mazurek, Entrenue’s sales and marketing director, told XBIZ that Better Than Chocolate features iTouch Technology that allows the user to simply slide his or her finger on a flat pad to control its functions.

It also features a memory chip that “remembers” what functions were used last.

“[Nomi Tang is] new to the industry, but [has] really done [its] research,” Mazurek said. “The product is spectacular and priced perfectly. The company is run by two great men, Kai Gruenenwald and Arnd Krusche. We loved their kind and ethical nature and obviously their keen eye for design and technology, plus their commitment to creating body-safe products that are beautiful and supremely functional.”

Better Than Chocolate is waterproof and features a nearly silent motor that vibrates at several different speeds with variation patterns preprogrammed. Its German design is meant to be comfortable for external stimulation and made of thermoplastic elastomer and polycarbonate.

Mazurek said she was most excited about its affordable price point — $38.50 wholesale, $79 retail — and that it comes with a one-year warrantee.

“We are so honored and proud to be in partnership with [Nomi Tang],” Mazurek said. “This product was a no-brainer for Entrenue; we are beyond thrilled. Both colors are in stock and ready to ship now.”
