Patrick's husband Evan Seinfeld, aka Spyder Jonez, directed the title, which also stars Michelle Maylene, Lucy Thai, Nautica Thorn, Kaiya Lynn, Mika Tan and Jack Lawrence.
In "Reign of Tera 3," Patrick plays the madam of an exclusive brothel. She appears in two sex scenes, including one anal.
