Gamma Acquires LiveBucks.com's Parent Company

MONTREAL — Affiliate program Gamma Entertainment has acquired Inoveo Communications, a Montreal-based company that operates the LiveBucks.com affiliate program and consumer websites including PrivateFeeds, Camsters and RealLiveGuys.

"I'm so excited about this acquisition. Inoveo's platform and team is really amazing," Gamma President Karl Bernard told XBIZ. "Over the next few months, we'll be hard at work optimizing the products and working with partners to grow the sales."

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Inoveo founder Karl Hamilton has been named to the board of directors of the newly acquired company.

“This is such a great opportunity for the company I founded 10 years ago," Hamilton said. "I feel that with Gamma’s expertise and strong footing in the industry, my baby will really thrive.”

All of Inoveo’s 12 employees have relocated to Gamma’s Montreal headquarters, increasing the number of Gamma employees to 90. Hamilton said two new job positions have already been announced on the company’s GammaJobs.com website.

Gamma Entertainment was founded in 1996 and operates, through various partnerships, brands that include Fame Dollars, Buddy Profits and Porn Access.
