“When that show came out back in the ‘80s on the fledgling Fox network it was quite shocking,” director Will Ryder said. “It had the same effect on the audience and advertisers that ‘All in the Family’ had years earlier and helped push the boundaries of what was considered acceptable on television.”
The movie stars Kagney Linn Karter as Kelly Bundy, Brittany O’Connell as Peg Bundy and Eric Swiss as Al Bundy. India Summer, Madison Scott, Brooke Belle, Emy Reyes, Allyssa Hall, Kora Cummings, Peyton Leigh, Kimber James, Dane Cross, Nick Manning and Dino Bravo also appear in the title.
“This is the funniest movie I’ve ever been in,” O’Connell said. “We couldn’t stop laughing the entire time. It was crazy.”
A trailer will be launched next week and X-Play has released the box cover.
