Steffans, a model and dancer, also was featured in a 2006 Vivid Entertainment release titled "Superhead" where she performed with Mr. Marcus. She has also written three books, "Confessions of a Video Vixen," "The Vixen Diaries" and "The Vixen Manual."
"Kiss and Tail: The Hollywood Jump Off" focuses on "video dancers who exploit themselves and trade sex for more face- and body-time in music videos," centering on Steffans' experiences. Performers seen in the documentary include R&B/hip hop artists Ja Rule, Big Boi, Kool G Rap Juelz Santana, and Ma Barker, model Tyson Beckford, mainstream actor Darius McCrary and groupie-turned-author Pamela Des Barres. The documentary was directed by Thomas Gibson and is narrated by syndicated radio and television talk show host Wendy Williams.
