Voting to determine the winners is now open to the public at BlatinoAwards.com through Aug. 10. The winners will be announced at a ceremony during the Atlanta Black Pride Celebration on Sept. 5.
B.C. Productions/Chocolate Cream, Flava Works, Pitbull Productions and Rockafellaz Entertainment are contending for Best Studio.
Performers Breion Diamond, Castro, Jovonnie, Mr. Saukei and Rock are the nominees for Most Notable Porn Star.
Thug Overload nabbed three of five Best Black DVD nominees, while Rockafellaz earned two. Flava Works and Latino Fan Club nabbed two nominees apiece for Best Latin DVD and Pitbull Productions earned the fifth slot.
The five-year-old FlavaMen is a quarterly publication focused on "full-frontal photo spreads of Black and Latino men with articles, stories and interviews on the various aspects of the ethnic homosexual community," a rep said.
