Homegrown Video Updates Website

SAN DIEGO — Amateur production company Homegrown Video has announced that it will celebrate the 4th of July with a major update to its flagship website, HomegrownVideo.com.

Sections from previous versions of the site are being restored, and new sections are being added. Videos are available in high-, medium- and low-rendering, in Flash and WMV streaming formats, and are downloadable either as full-length videos or clips. A browsing function allows viewers to find scenes by niche or name of performer. The site currently offers more than 1,800 videos, more than 900 photo galleries and 2,000 classic Homegrown streams.

A forum allows members to contact each other and comment on the material on the site.

A separate page for amateur producers has downloadable model releases and producer agreement for users to submit their own videos to the company, along with suggestions for lighting and shooting a scene.

Established in 1982. Homegrown Video calls itself the original amateur adult video company. It currently is owned by Farrell Timlake, who at one time sent videos to the company.

Homegrown Video offers its material online, on cable television, and through wholesale and retail sales of its DVDs worldwide.
