The owner of the store, who identified herself as Shoshana, confirmed to XBIZ a report that broke on TMZ.com that Carradine was a “regular” at the store who patronized it at least three times a month.
Shoshana said that he placed a large order for garments, toys and videos just three weeks before he died. She also said that he owned almost every piece of bondage equipment in the store.
The last order the actor placed included women's lingerie, stockings, bondage equipment and three bondage DVDs.
A few of the items were on back order and Carradine was supposed to come back and pick them up a few weeks later. He never did.
Thai authorities have ruled Carradine's June 4 death a"sex accident" due to autoerotic asphyxiation gone wrong. The "Kung Fu" actor, 72, was found with his wrists, neck and genitals bound by a rope.
