"Naked Ambition" gives voice to a new generation of women shaping not only the sexual material we consume, but how we think and talk about sex," Milne said. "The whole concept of the book is to show that women are not only watching and enjoying sexually-oriented materials, they're also directing, creating, selling and writing about it. Porn has long been a confrontational social force that many feminists and right-wingers have espoused as being dangerous and degrading to women, but that's just not the case."
