XBIZ Announces 1st Round of Miss XBIZ Summer Pageant Nominees

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is proud to announce the lineup of 18 top starlets, each in the running to be part of the final 10 nominee list for the highly anticipated Miss XBIZ Summer Pageant, to be held June 4 during the 2009 XBIZ Summer Forum.

"This has got to be one of the hottest groups of talented ladies I've ever seen, and XBIZ is so lucky to have them all to ourselves," XBIZ Associate Publisher Kristen Kaye said. "Narrowing this group to just 10 is going to be one of the hardest jobs out there, but I know we can handle it — but we need your help and your feedback!"

Let XBIZ know your top picks for the final 10 by emailing pageant09@xbiz.com, or posting feedback on the pageant’s corresponding GFY.com and JBM.com message board threads.

Voting ends May 8, and the final 10 will be announced, with each girl contacted separately, May 15.

The 18 girls in the running are: Sunny Leone, Taryn Thomas, Teagan Presley, Tori Black, Eva Angelina, Ashley Fires, Kiara Diane, Nikki Benz, Penny Flame, Puma Swede, Trisha Uptown, Persia Pele, Karen Dreams, Kagney Lynn Karter, Jelenea Jensen, Illeanas, Alyssah Simone and Brynn Tyler.

The pageant will consist of three parts — bikini, wildcard and Q&A — and the winner will be chosen both by a panel of industry judges and a measure of crowd applause. The wildcard portion will allow each girl to do whatever will prove her as most worthy of the crown. Some may sing, some may strip, and some others may surprise us with something special.

The winner will star in an exclusive photo shoot, scheduled in Los Angeles following the Summer Forum, for the official XSF 2010 promotional campaign. Photos will be featured in print ads, web banners and on future covers of XBIZ World and XBIZ Premiere magazines.

Past Miss XBIZ Summer titleholders include web starlet Raven Riley (2008) and Vivid contract star Nikki Jayne (2009).

The XBIZ Summer Forum will be held June 3-5 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas. The pageant will take place poolside Thursday, June 4.
