The segment starts with a look at performer Shyla Stylez as she poses for her pretty-girl shots and talks about her upcoming scene with Sean Michaels.
"We're shooting Shyla Stylez and Sean Michaels," director Kevin Moore says. "Doing a romantic anal scene, in this pseudo doctor's office that we have set up here in the valley."
Moore says that the final DVD will have five sex scenes, "which seems to be the law of averages," and then describes the players in the production.
"Registered Nurses 2" also stars Tera Lynn Fox, Jayden Jaymes, Kristina Rose, Aletta Ocean and Camilla Bella.
