How will these sites make money? With cross-sales, presumably. The join pages for these 11 sites include two pre-checked joins to other paysites. Users who accept these joins will sign up for memberships of varying length for prices in the $40 per month range.
"These sites will be [the] best moneymaker for any kind of traffic," said a company representative. "They'll work best by [putting] a banner on free sites."
