Writer-director Lee Roy Myers describes the video.
"My job is to make an episode of 'Scrubs,'" Myers says. "As original as possible, as funny as possible, and as absolutely sexy as possible. That's the No. 1 thing."
Performer Tori Black plays the wife of the head doctor at Naked Heart Hospital.
"I'm a bitch," Black says. "In our sex scene, I was very demanding. Kind of dominant. She has a snooty air about her."
"Scrubs: A XXX Parody" stars Ashlynn Brooke, Thea Marie, Alexis Texas, Joanna Angel, Tori Black and Missy Stone, with Shane Diesel, Jack Lawrence, James Deen and Ralph Long.
