HotMovies.com Premiering ‘Christy Canyon: The Lost Footage’

PHILADELPHIA — Antigua Pictures is premiering “Christy Canyon: The Lost Footage” on HotMovies.com a week before it streets on April 7.

The movie is a four-hour collection of never-before-released hardcore footage of Canyon, who appeared in several titles from the mid-1980s through mid-1990s.

“I find it amazing,” Canyon told XBIZ. “Shame on those companies that were keeping this footage a secret! It’s great that it’s available on-demand. I think people should watch it — the real vintage stuff, and see how fucking should be.”

Antigua is among the oldest names in Porn Valley and recently began dipping into its archives to find rare footage for re-release.

“We are excited to dig into our classic library of content that we have not released here in the U.S. on DVD,” Antigua CEO Todd Blatt said. “HotMovies has been a great working partner. We wanted to give their customers a little something special here, and we absolutely look forward to providing more special titles to them in the future.”

James Cybert, HotMovies.com director of business development shares the enthusiasm.

“This is an exciting time for our customers,” Cybert said. “The relationship with Antigua has always been very strong and we are certainly honored to be their choice as a primary on-demand partner. Our customers always appreciate having the first look at great content, whether it’s new or rare classic footage like this.”

Canyon also said she believes the superstars of her generations will never go out of style.

“We will outsell these new girls any day,” Canyon said. “People enjoy seeing the vintage stuff because it’s classic, innocent and real.”

Antigua’s next release will feature Ron Jeremy in four hours of lost footage.

“That one’s amazing,” Antigua sales manager David Peskin said. “Look for it to be featured on HotMovies.com and RonJeremy.com in the coming weeks.”
