Netbilling Announces Upgrades, Return Of 'Big Ben'

VALENCIA, Calif. — Transaction processing and call center services provider Netbilling has announced new services available to its merchant members.

"Merchant input has kept us on the forefront of innovation, and many of our upgrades and features additions are attributed to this," a company spokesperson said. "In this economy, merchants need to capitalize on every customer as much as possible while doing what they can to offer the best products and services and keep paying customers happy."

The new features include step-down rebilling, merchant account cascading, multi currency support and merchant account load balancing.

Netbilling also has announced the return of Ben Tischler as technical support manager. Tischler was an integral part of the IT team at Netbilling for several years and has returned to the company after a leave of absence.

"Many of Netbilling's long time merchants know Ben and had excellent working relationships with him," a company spokesperson said. "Ben's return helps strengthen the company even more as he continues to service the needs of their large client base."
