Netbilling Announces Upgrades, Return Of 'Big Ben'

VALENCIA, Calif. — Transaction processing and call center services provider Netbilling has announced new services available to its merchant members.

"Merchant input has kept us on the forefront of innovation, and many of our upgrades and features additions are attributed to this," a company spokesperson said. The new features include step-down rebilling, merchant account cascading, multi currency support and merchant account load balancing.

Netbilling also has announced the return of Ben Tischler as technical support manager. Tischler was an integral part of the IT team at Netbilling for several years and has returned to the company after a leave of absence.
