“We are very pleased to have such a well-known gay performer as Aaron Tyler to be joining the cast of ‘Timeless Twinks,’” producer and director Ted McIntyre said. “Aaron’s experience is a great complement to the fresh twink talent we have cast for ‘Timeless Twinks.’”
Director and producer Doug Knight said that when Tyler contacted the studio expressing interest in being cast for “Timeless Twinks,” they immediately said yes.
“I am very honored and excited to be working with Hyde Park and performing in ‘Timeless Twinks,’” Tyler said. “I have always enjoyed watching their videos and been impressed with their devotion to quality. I asked to be in ‘Timeless Twinks’ because I want to part of the magic that Hyde Park works in all of their videos.”
Timeless Twinks is set to begin filming in Las Vegas at the end of March and is scheduled to street in late April.
The release is the first as part of the company’s recently-announced deal with Surfside Studios to join forces on video production and self-distribution.
“Our first project that we will be working on is Hyde Park’s upcoming 'Timeless Twinks,'” Knight said. “We will be incorporating some of the look and feel of an early '80s style video — and Rick was the best director, in my opinion, to direct the retro scenes that are such an integral part of this movie. I will be directing the present-day scenes, and together we will be all working to make this happen.”
The agreement was struck as collaboration between producer/director Rick Warner of Surfside and Knight and McIntyre of Hyde Park
“We want to be able to reach a broader market which has created the need to directly distribute our product to consumers, retail outlets and the larger distributors directly,” Knight said. “Distributors in the past have actually limited where are titles have gone. They represent too many studios to justify exclusive distribution by just one company.”
Hyde Park Productions also recently announced a stimulus plan that included giving away up to five copies of its movie “Twinks in Paradise” to retail outlets.
