Von Teese has become an international pin-up and burlesque icon while also appearing in fashion magazines worldwide; Lindemulder made her adult film debut in Blake's “Hidden Obsessions,” earning recognition for the famous ice dildo scene; Tera Patrick arrived on the scene in 1999 and went on to start her own highly successful production company; Sasha Grey, the youngest of the stars, has become a talent phenomenon starring in numerous adult productions while crossing over into Hollywood mainstream; and Aria Giovanni appeared in four Andrew Blake productions — “ Blond and Brunettes,” “Aria,” “Girlfriends” and “Justine” — as well as appearing in numerous mainstream advertisements and glamour and nude folios.

"5 Stars" was produced, directed, photographed and edited by Andrew Blake. The DVD also includes a director’s commentary with Andrew Blake's behind-the-scenes perspective on the talent, the locations and the efforts that went into these sequences. The running time is 120 minutes.
