Cybersocket Web Awards Unspool Tonight

LOS ANGELES — Winners of the ninth annual Cybersocket Web Awards will be revealed tonight in West Hollywood in a ceremony designed to honor the best in GLBT online adult entertainment.

"We feel it's essential to honor individuals and companies who are acting as industry innovators, agents of free expression, and cultural ambassadors for queer online media and entertainment," the company said.

Tonight's show kick-starts the gay adult awards season, and additionally serves as the opening event for the XBIZ Conference unspooling over the next three days at the Warner Center Marriott in Woodlands Hills, Calif.

The Cybersocket Web Awards are set for 9p.m. to midnight at Eleven Restaurant & Nightclub in West Hollywood.

A red-carpet arrivals show hosted by Tim Valenti and Sister Roma of "The Tim & Roma Show" on NakedSword.com will precede the ceremony (contingent upon current rainy weather conditions in L.A.)
