TMZ: Puma Swede Helicopter Shots Lead to FAA Investigation

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Tabloid website TMZ.com is reporting that photos posted on its website of helicopter pilot David Martz with a topless Puma Swede have led to an investigation of Martz' fitness to fly.

One picture, reported to be taken in 2007, shows Martz grabbing and looking at Swede's exposed breast as the control panel indicates that the helicopter is in the air and in motion.

Swede, who was reportedly born in Finland, has been an adult performer since 2005. She has a website and has appeared in some 70 adult productions for companies including Brazzers, Girlfriends Films, Hustler Video, Zero Tolerance and Vivid.

The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed to TMZ that Martz has been disciplined by the agency four times, starting in 1986 when his license was revoked after the FAA discovered he had a fraudulent medical certificate. In 2002, his license was suspended and in 2003 it was revoked, both times for "careless and reckless" flying. In June 2005, his license was suspended again for "careless and reckless" flying for 230 days.

Mantz reportedly buzzed an LAPD helicopter last Sunday The LAPD, suspecting Martz may have been drinking, ordered him to land. When the LAPD met him at the Van Nuys Airport 10 minutes after landing, he was drinking vodka. That incident is also being investigated by the FAA.
