“At a time when our industry is under such economic pressure, it’s wonderful to have the opportunity to have someone like Phil who’s been in this industry for so long and has been so successful to be able to talk about what it was like during some of the hard times of the past and how we can survive the current difficult times,” FSC Executive Director Diane Duke told XBIZ. “Phil is just an icon. Being able to sit down and listen to Phil is not something everybody has the opportunity to do, so this is a treat for our members and for the industry.”
The meeting will also include the introduction of the new FSC Board of Directors, the announcement of the new FSC member benefits and a state of the association presentation by Duke. It is open to conference participants and FSC members, and will be held Feb. 11 at the Warner Center Marriott in Woodland Hills, Calif., at 12:30 p.m.
