Arrow Brings 'Johnny Wadd is Here' to Comics

LAS VEGAS — Arrow Productions' classic film "Tell Them Johnny Wadd is Here," starring John C. Holmes, has been translated to a limited edition comic book from Terminal Press, following the adaptations of Arrow's "Candy Stripers" and "Debbie Does Dallas." The comic transports the “Johnny Wadd” character into a gritty crime drama set in contemporary Mexico.

“This is my favorite comic book that Terminal Press has written so far. I truly love this story and am now a huge Johnny Wadd fan," Arrow Productions Marketing Director Robert Interlandi said. "The art is great and they even put in my idea of an orange '76 Corvette for Wadd to drive with a Nevada 'Wadd' license plate.”

“Tell Them Johnny Wadd is Here” was written by Tony Fleecs, with art by Dave Wachter, colors by Narek Gevorgian and separations by Joe Frazzetta.

The limited edition comic is available through the Terminal Press website and will make its public debut at the 2009 New York Comic Con on Feb. 6 at Booth 2364. The comic will only be sold through the website and at convention appearances.

For more information or to order the comic, visit TerminalPress.com.
