Director Ed Hunter corralled a cast of relatively unknown twink-centric performers: Eduardo, Junior, Kaike, Kenzo, Luiggy, Victor and Yuri.
"The first volume of 'Foreskin Frenzy' was met with curiosity," said Hunter. "Until then, no one had made a foreskin movie the way we had, with the cock-docking and foreskin fucking."
Third World said they are servicing an untapped market for this particular niche. "For men who have been circumcised, and that's most of the men in the U.S., the elusive foreskin holds immense fascination," Hunter said in an earlier interview. "There's so much fun you can have with it."
The condomless feature also includes "copious rimming, deep-throating, ass-to-mouth, and, of course, tongue-swirling and biting foreskin play."
The first in the series was released at the end of October; "Foreskin Frenzy 2" will street Feb. 2.
Extreme fetish play and narrowly focused erotic niches have surfaced as emergent trends in gay adult. Third World also has launched a transsexual line with titles shot by Hunter.
