Tommy Gunn Producing Line of Interactive 3-D Videos

LAS VEGAS – A new era of porn is here, according to Tommy Gunn. The male performer is producing a line of “choose your own adventure” interactive 3-D adult movies to be distributed by Pure Play Media.

Gunn’s first release features advanced stereoscopic 3-D technology that, used with the available premium anaglyph glasses, brings a new level of intimacy to the viewer.

“Tommy Gunn’s Cummin’ At You” stars Sindee Jennings, Riley Evans, Tony DeSergio and Gunn. A preview of the movie was displayed during the Adult Entertainment Expo at the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The DVD’s interactive menu enables the viewer to customize his or her viewing experience by selecting either male or female points of view. There is also a third-person option POV with “adventure randomizer” for a different experience with each viewing.

Viewing the movies’ trailer at the Glacier Media Systems’ booth, this reporter actually had to check his pants to see if they were wet after one of Jennings’ squirting orgasms. They were dry, but the experience was that intimate and up-close.

“This is the wave of the future,” Gunn told XBIZ. “The quality of the movie is really the next generation of viewing adult movies. It truly feels like the action is taking place right in front of you. Literally, the 3-D technology we use adds another dimension.”

The DVD comes in two different packages: the basic option includes two pairs of cardboard anaglyph glasses; the premium package comes with professional grade glasses with lenses for superior 3-D separation. The technology behind the 3-D imaging can be applied to any and all future 3-D technology, not just anaglyph, according to Gunn.

“3-D porn hasn’t been as big as it could be because the technology hasn’t caught up,” a spokesman for Cummin' at You 3-D Ltd., the company supplying the 3-D technology, told XBIZ. “Customers have been saddled with cheap glasses. We’ve changed the game with how people can view adult content. It’s the closest you can come to the action without being in the same room.”

The company expects the new 3-D technology to appeal to a younger demographic, specifically including the videogame set.

The release date of the movie is to be determined.

Gunn also said that future plans call for a full, 3-D feature film production.
