Reese Rideout, Men Mag Heat up Sundance Fest

LOS ANGELES — Unzipped Media will host “Sindance at Sundance” later this month at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. The event is one of a series of personal appearances and club dates touting recent Men magazine “Man of the Year” designee Reese Rideout.

Unzipped Media is the publisher of Men, Freshmen and Unzipped gay adult magazines. Rideout is a RandyBlue.com exclusive performer.

He will anchor “Sindance at Sundance” on Jan. 19 at the Queer Lounge hospitality suite.

“We are thrilled to bring Men magazine’s Man of the Year Tour and Reese Rideout to Park City,” said Unzipped Media Publisher Dustin Tyner.

“We know that the Queer Lounge attracts all the talented gay filmmakers who attend Sundance [and] hope that ‘Sindance at Sundance’ will provide a great networking opportunity, as well as showcase the new sophistication of the Men magazine brand,” he said.

Over the coming weeks, the Man of the Year Tour will include stops in Boston, Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York and San Francisco, among other cities. Rideout will perform at local venues, sign autographs and press the flesh armed with Unzipped Media giveaways.

The Queer Lounge can be found at 608 Main St. in Park City during the run of Sundance from Jan. 15 – 21. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit launched in 2004 to support LGBT films and filmmakers.
