Larry Flynt to Discuss Future of Adult at XBIZ ‘State of the Industry’ Conference

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is proud to announce LFP founder Larry Flynt will be featured in an exclusive one-on-one interview session, during which he’ll discuss the current state of the industry and how the upcoming political shift will affect adult.

"We are honored to have Larry Flynt join XBIZ to speak at this one-of-a-kind conference," XBIZ President Alec Helmy said. "2009 will be a year of change, growth and innovation, and there is no industry figure more suited to offer insight about the current state and next generation of adult."

Flynt said he looks forward to speaking at the highly anticipated XBIZ “State of the Industry” Conference and sharing his outlook on the future of adult entertainment with show attendees.

“I am excited to have been named keynote speaker for the 2009 XBIZ ‘State of the Industry’ Conference, especially at a time of such rapid change in our industry,” Flynt said. “I look forward to addressing the opportunities and obstacles facing all our businesses in light of the shifting political landscape and economic uncertainty impacting all of us.”

Holding true to the show’s theme, the conference also will feature a two-track educational component that encompasses all of the essential hot topics facing the adult industry today, including the threat of OSHA inspections, legal realities under an Obama administration, a new era of adult retail and billing and banking in a new economy.

Flynt’s interview-style keynote session will take place Feb. 10 at 4:30 p.m., with the official Welcome Reception immediately following.
