Although Lucom holds European distribution rights to such gay adult studios as Titan Media , the new deal is its first worldwide exclusive arrangement. The pact covers both the Black Scorpion label as well as the newly launched all-sex subsidiary line Black Rat.
The Luxembourg, Germany-based Lucom is a sister company of enhancement product manufacturer pjur Lubricants.
“We are thrilled and honored that Lucom has agreed to distribute our product worldwide. They are known for integrity and impeccable brand management,” said Black Scorpion marketing and promotions director James Ian.
He added Lucom is “the perfect company to take Black Scorpion and Black Rat to the next level in the adult marketplace.”
“Sex Hiker,” released earlier this month, and December’s “Sex Sessions, Vol. 1” are the first films going out under the new agreement. The latter film is the directorial debut of studio exclusive D.O.
Other titles include “Dreams of Rafael,” “Cuma Sutra,” “Man Island” and “Obsessions of D.O.”
Video-on-demand rights to the Black Scorpion catalog remain with Sureflix Digital Distribution.
