Adult Digital Media to License Private Content

SAN FRANCISCO — Adult Digital Media Inc. has signed a distribution agreement with Private Media Group Inc. to license Private titles to third parties on the Internet. ADM has been distributing Private content on the Internet and with this agreement Private movies will be made available to a wider range of websites.

“Adult Digital Media is an excellent strategic collaborator for Private," said Israel Garcia, Private’s Director of Internet. "ADM is an invaluable partner in working with us to consolidate and expand our Internet presence and at the same time building brand awareness and prestige around the Private brand.”

This agreement is in response to a rising demand for Private content from adult Internet sites.

“We’re delighted to have the possibility of distributing Private content to our clients," ADM Sales Manager Matt said. "Private movies are in high demand across the Internet and there’s great expectation among the webmaster community for this deal.”

Adult Digital Media markets adult studios' digital assets across distribution platforms including internet, mobile, cable/satellite, closed end network and DVD replication/distribution.

Barcelona-based Private Media Group produces and distributes content globally via platforms including more than 900 million mobile telephone handsets, IPTV, broadband Internet, television broadcasting, DVDs and magazines. Private Media Group owns the worldwide rights to its extensive archive of content, and also licenses its Private and “Silver Girls” trademarks for consumer products.
