The move to Blu-ray is a first for X-Play producers Scott David and Jeff Mullen.
“We’ve been shooting in HD for quite a while but this is the very first disc that is being released from X-Play/Adam & Eve Pictures that is in a high-definition delivery format,” Jeff Mullen said. “You think the movie is completed once you release the regular commercial DVD but there is a ton of work that goes into creating the Blu-ray product and the look is just amazing.”
Copper Digital based in the same Hollywood-and-Vine building as X-Play did the encoding, menus and authoring for the Blu-ray.
“They are the best in the business and we’re very happy with how the Blu-ray ‘Not Bewitched XXX’ looks and functions,” Mullen said.
